But a 40-year transit is exceptionally rare. In fact, in our lifetime we only experienced two such lengthy transits: one of them is Neptune sextile Pluto, and the other one, is, you guessed it, Chiron opposite Uranus. .
In ancient times, people studied the night sky and discovered the worlds of Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. But beyond this realm of knowledge, another world shone brightly, just waiting to be discovered. Uranus is the sun's seventh planet from a distance of about 20 astronomical units, or 20 times the distance between the earth and the sun.
Uranus orbits the star once every 84 earth years, roughly the length of a person's entire life. This orbit causes each season of Uranus to last that much longer. In theory, a person living on Uranus would only experience the four seasons once, but each for about 21 years.
Uranus has the coldest temperatures in the solar system, partly because of its distance from the sun. These freezing temperatures, which drop as low as minus 370 degrees Fahrenheit, are largely influenced by the composition of the planet. Uranus is about four earths wide and has an earth-sized core of iron and magnesium silicate.
The rest, about 80% of Uranus, is a global ocean of ice made up of water, ammonia, and methane, the chemical behind the planet's cool blue color. This icy composition prevents Uranus from emitting a lot of heat compared to other planets, making the blue world the coldest in the solar system. In addition to the extreme temperatures and orbit, Uranus has a dramatic orientation.
While the other seven planets revolve around their axes like tops, Uranus appears to be rolling along its equator. The planet is tilted at an almost right angle with the polar regions pointing away from the Sun and away from it, rather than up and down, this tilt which is believed to be the result of Uranus' collision with at least one celestial body , also influenced the alignment of Uranus' 13 rings and 27 known moons. In contrast to the rings and moons of other worlds, which orbit their home planets horizontally, those of Uranus in a vertical orientation along the planet's inclined equator, similar to a ferris wheel.
Uranus and its many unusual features were a mystery to the ancients, and the planet was actually ly thought to be a star. But in the late 18th century, the astronomer William Herschel discovered that the celestial object was indeed a new world. The scientific community debated what the planet should be called and eventually chose a name suggested by astronomer Johann Elert Bode.
Since Jupiter was the father of gods and Saturn was the father of Jupiter, this new planet should be the father of Saturn, Caelus, be. But instead of following the tradition of using names from the ancient Roman religion, Bode opted for Caelus's ancient Greek equivalent, Ouranos, instead. Ouranos, the ancient Greek god of the sky, was then Latinized to Uranus.
To date, Uranus is still the only planet deviating from tradition with an ancient Greek namesake, a status best suited for a planet beyond convention.
The Uranus opposition/mid-life crisis usually lasts a little over a year and in some cases up to two. But the effects can be felt even longer; sometimes for several years. It marks a period of major transition in our lives.
You are watching the first episode of Big Fat Astro Vlog. I'm Patrick Watson, I'm an astrologer and I probably don't wear pants. (Brakes screech, dull noises, record scratching.) Today I have to address a very serious problem.
We have an epidemic on our hands that affects our youth, as young as three years old. And I'm ashamed to admit that it even infiltrated my household. Luci: Cash me Ousside.
How to bow then? James: * Sweet incoherent noises * Aww aren't they cute? I mean, they just do everything together and their little voices are just like that ...
Back to the main topic. I - I would love to talk about a Hot Piece of As .... tro.
A news story that is a cool example of astrology in action. If you've been on the internet last month you might have seen this meme about it until I googled the phrase, found a article on youtube, and as soon as I get to Dr. Seeing Phil in the title, I knew it wouldn't disappoint.
Danielle: Nobody will catch me. Phil: Because you're too smart? Danielle: All those hoes are laughing like it's so funny. Danielle's mom: She's talking about the audience.
Danielle's mom: That they laugh at her. Dr. Phil: Did you say the hoes are laughing? Danielle: Yeah.
Dr. Phil: The audience is a bunch of hoes ....
Danielle: Yeah. * The audience claps in disbelief. * Danielle: Cash me outside.
How to bow? Dr. Phil: Huh? Danielle: Cash me outside, how do you bow? Dr. Phil: Cash you outside? What does that mean? Danielle: What I just said! Cash me outside, how bow dah? The catchphrase was born in January 2017 when the restless teenager Danielle Brigoli performed at Dr.
Phil. Danielle popular born on February 2, 2003 in Boynton Beach, Florida. Notice the unfortunate Mars-Pluto conjunction.
In Sagittarius. Across from Saturn in Gemini, which she has in her natal chart. This is an empowered and hardened Mars.
It looks like quite a temper. Kind of like the person who is so out of control. You would seek help from a prominent psychiatrist.
Now, Danielle went to Dr. Phil. About her return to Mars.
So that day was she really in tune with her Mars, and what is she doing? She calls a whole studio audience 'rabbits' and challenged them all to fight them: 'Cash her Ousside, how bow dah.' The article didn't go viral until January 2016. The meme was first viral posted on January 5, 2017, according to KnowYourMeme.com, Where Was Saturn? 21 Sagittarius, opposite their Saturn and, in conjunction, their Mars in Pluto.
When she made the taping of the show. Mars was at 21 Sagittarius. When it became a viral meme, Saturn was at 21 Sagittarius.
Now this Saturn transit is not a particularly pleasant transit. And we must have remember that while this meme is hilarious to us, it probably isn't bee n hilarious to her. She has become that subject of ridicule around the world.
And that's Saturn, admittedly it wasn't all bad for The Jupiter-Uranus opposition squares her Venus. And she seems to be trying to turn the unexpected to her advantage by selling various goods with her slogan on it. Don't you just have to have a blanket with 'Cash me Ousside, How Bow Dah' on it? Ahhhh CapitalismGood For Her Cash you later Danielle, How Bow Dah? Sometimes when I read the news I suspect that there is an interesting astrological story to tell.
It kind of smells ...
It smells like tro That might sound a bit strange, but Donald Trump uses an astrologer, a bad astrologer.
And his name is Steve Bannon. Yes, that Steve Bannon. Actual white racist and literal admirer of Nazis and Satans and the President's chief strategist on a scale from Dick Cheney to Grima WormtongueHe s kernels somewhere between Goebbels and that muppet who lives in the folds of Jabba the Hut. * Disjointed lip smacking * So how is he an astrologer? Well, he's not an astrologer as we understand him.
He subscribes to the theory of the fourth turn. A generation theory developed by social historians William Strauss and Neil Howe. Basically, it recognizes a pretty consistent 84 year pattern across US history and generations.
Delimitation of generation groups and historical crises and new beginnings. All of this would be alarming to everyone EXCEPT astrologers. Who automatically know that this is really about the 84-year cycle of Uranus.
Like DUH. So what's the deal? Bannon believes that we are now entering the fourth turning point and that through the current global resurgence of tough right-wing politics, the United States will forcibly redefine itself if necessary. Three turns included great American wars.
The Second World War, the Civil War and the War of Independence. So he thinks there is going to be a war soon, is it just me, or maybe it isn't best to have someone who believes in an inevitable war that plays a big role in potentially accelerating it. So why do I say he's a bad astrologer? He thinks the fourth turn has happened now.
Whereby anyone with an ephemeris can see that they are about 8 years early. The Revolutionary War, Civil War, and American involvement in World War II all took place while Uranus was in Gemini. Uranus won't enter Gemini until 2025.
Assuming Trump stays in the White House for a second term * Horror music plays * He wouldn't be in the office when Uranus entered Gemini.
And probably wouldn't be able to influence what happens during this time. Oddly enough, however, Donald Trump was born in Gemini, the Sun conjunct Uranus. So, who knows what to expect when he sees his Uranus return. * More incoherent noises * Even if Bannon's timing seems wrong ...
He's not completely wrong Uranus returns in Gemini to forcibly define himself. Gemini is the sign of Gemini and what I find interesting about it is that when Uranus was in Gemini, the idea of Gemini came up in a strange way. For example, the United States separated from the British Empire.
And aren't we twins in our particular relationship? The American Civil War has been described as brother against brother. The sign of the twins The end of World War II led to the Cold War The US and Russia epitomize that Opposite of capitalism and communism. When Uranus returns in Gemini.
I'm sure this twin thing will appear again. But what's the question? Will it be against an external threat like it was for the War of Independence and World War II? Or will it be like that? because of internal divisions like the American Civil War? That smells like Astro. I love astrology now.
But every now and then you come across things that don't make much sense. Sometimes they are a real agony. .
Tro. * Rock music plays * Today I want to draw br's attention to the aspect pattern called yud. This is how the astrology dictionary defines a yod. * Sweet, symphonic music plays. * When two planets in one horoscope one Form a close sextile with each other and then both planets form a quincunx at the same time, aspect with a third planet.
For example, if the sun was at 15 Aries and it was sextile to Saturn at 15 Gemini, and then both planets were also at 15 Scorpio quinkunx of the moon would be an exact iodine. * Record scratching noises ** Even more incoherent mouth noises * A planet opposite the center of two planets in a sextile does not sound so great.
How he got this nickname: The finger of God's finger of fate This uh, fateful aspect Isn't some aspect more or less fateful? three main problems with the iodine. * lip smacking * my first problem is that midpoints are already kind of abstract. I would tend to only look at conjunctions to a midpoint.
As opposed to temporary oppositions. It just seems that it's a lot farther from the point My second point is that sextiles are kind of a weak point. Is there no love for the planet towards the center of two square planets? A major trine technically has planets that are opposite the centers of the other two planets.
Finger of God. Maybe there are other parts of the body. The Spleen of God.
The Wenis of God. Instead, two quintile planets forming a third planet are known as the Golden Yod. Maybe So there are different metals or from different gods.
The iron nuts of God. The Silver Rod Yod of God. * Burps * And my third point, and that's a little controversial, I don't really think Quincunxa's aspects are right. * Loud Buhing * At least most of the time.
They are not based on an integer division of the circle. The opposite is based on twoThe trine is based on three. The square is based on four.
The quincunx is based on a division by 2.4. What is the esoteric meaning of 2.4? Technically, the only kind of opposing versionrelationships that can exist between two characters are characters that are by the same P For example, Libra and Taurus are both ruled by Venus, Aries and Scorpio are both ruled by Mars.
Although the affinity is by sign rather than degree, one planet in Aries and another in Scorpio already have some sort of alleviation of this quincunx relationship . That kind of blind spot. Due to the fact that they can both exist to be ruled by Mars, is between signs showing Antiscia or Contra-Antiscia.
To each other. So this sign is like Libra and Pisces. Or Aries and Virgo.
Although in this case they must actually be related through these contra-antiscia or antiscia relationships. For example, uh, one planet at 3 Aries versus another planet at 27 Virgo. These have to be in an antiscia relationship for it to really count.
So, technically, the only true yod that can really exist would be one where two planets are sextiles to each other r at 15 degrees Taurus and Pisces with a planet at 15 Libra facing their center. But even then only ...
WHY? If you didn't flinch too well today, check out the Wikipedia page for yod. And I quote: * Sweet, classical pieces of music. * Adolf Hitler had a Golden Yod.
For example, and you could say that he abused his creativity and that his alleged artistic prowess was ignored or underestimated by his art school examiners, and so he put his extraordinary cleverness into other places that were ultimately destructive. More than creative. * Record Scratching * It couldn't be that its ascending ruler was the Venus Retrograde conjunction with Marsin, the eighth house of DEATH, resulting in a screwed up Venusian desire to beautify and 'cleanse' the world by terribly violent means. ! No! It can't be! It's his Golden Yod! The finger of God is a pain in my Astro.
Now I've got something right in your streetORRight in your as .... tro.
We talked a little about it in Uranus Gemini in this episode, if you want to read more about Uranus in Gemini and American history you have to read Nick Dagan's book BestURANUSA, buy the book, you won't regret it, it's very colorful. And it has a lot of pictures. And doom.

Sun trine Jupiter natal makes you lucky, generous, exuberant, enthusiastic, happy and larger than life. You are a genuinely good person and should enjoy harmonious relationships with everyone. Even though you are always happy with what you have you will probably be very comfortable and have more than you need. .
Here I am going to share a few ideas on one of my favorite aspects that will happen this June and that is the sun in Cancer trine Jupiter in Pisces. This aspect would definitely be on my short list of the great astrological aspects to happen in June.
There's definitely a lot of drama going on this month from an astrological point of view, but between Venus in Cancer and Jupiter in Pisces there were some really nice moments too. This aspect happens on June 23rd from 2 degrees Cancer, where the Sun is, to 2 degrees Pisces, where Jupiter is. Now Jupiter is retrograde, it's just a station decline, so unfortunately Jupiter is slowly coming back out of Pisces.
But we still have a few weeks of Jupiter in Pisces for now. Sun and Jupiter together, what do I like about it? Before I tell you - if you like this article, click the 'Like' button to make sure other people can enjoy this information too. If you like this aspect of the Weekly Video Series, subscribe to my channel to make sure you get more of it in the future.
Sign up for my membership and you will receive articles like this every week of the year, including information on every aspect that is right now happens. The good ones and the tricky ones. What is so good about solar trine Jupiter? First of all I would like to mention a comment or a quote that I read in the work of the Renaissance astrologer Marsilio Facino about the three graces, those are the three planets that can be life-giving or life-affirming.
These are planets that are associated with healing, wellness, and vitality, and some of the good things in life in general. These three planets are Venus, Jupiter, and the sun. Every time I see an aspect that brings two of these planets together in a favorable pattern, i.e. sextile or trine or conjunction, would in most cases be a favorable pattern for these planets, except perhaps conjunction with the sun.
But that's a very special thing. If you want to know more about conjunctions to the sun, I have a webinar about it. Every time I see an aspect between two or more of these three graces, I know that we are getting something good from the cosmos.
Sun and Jupiter together are a helpful, supportive, encouraging, or even uplifting combination. The sun in Cancer is a bit at sea, it has no special dignity here. The sun is under the sign of the moon, so it's a place where the sun has to do things that are contrary to its normal course.
But the sun in Cancer receives this beautiful blessing and benefits from this great helpful trine from Jupiter in Pisces. This is about having access to great support, great guidance, a really great mentor or teacher or guide. It may be about finding this wisdom within yourself and realizing that there are different or new ways to share it.
I think there is a lot of sharing about this aspect and there are a lot of really soulful, enriching, inspiring interactions and conversations that this aspect of Jupiter's solar trigon can lead to. It is definitely one aspect that encourages you to say yes to something, to move forward with a bold or inspiring or meaningful plan. It's an aspect of growing, so it's about trying something outside of your comfort zone.
They know that growth is taking place outside of our comfort zone. If you want to bloom, grow, and thrive, you need to take up more space. And this aspect of the solar trine Jupiter is often about that self-belief or self-confidence that you are worthy, that you have a right to have a place, to be seen or to express yourself, or just to share whatever you enjoy prepares.
The solar trine Jupiter can also provide some clues about your purpose in life or your path in life. This can be very subtle, e.g.
In relation to a single interaction or a piece of breadcrumb. Like a breadcrumb along the way that only confirms that you should keep walking in the direction you are going. This kind of gathering of people working towards a common goal or vision.
Many of you know that I like the word of generosity to Jupiter. Of course, Jupiter is about abundance, but I think Pisces is about an abundance of feelings or an abundance of parts or an abundance of connections, rather than necessarily an abundance of money or wealth or what you have. Jupiter in Pisces has elements of it, but I think there is more to it.
I also think that the idea of sharing is very powerful for Jupiter in Pisces, and especially for that Sun-Jupiter aspect. How can I share my abundance that I have? Whether additional books, ideas or experiences - there is a real feeling of giving. In the article I have on 'Three Tips for Jupiter in Pisces' that I think will be posted on this article, watch this next week.
We talk, I talk a lot about how Jupiter and Pisces are so generous in giving back and looking for ways to provide quality. I think the solar trine Jupiter will really help activate this. Think about the houses where you have Cancer and Pisces.
Think about the themes of your cancer house and think about the themes of your Pisces house and see how these two themes or these two areas of your life could work together or support the other. Perhaps Jupiter in the Pisces house offers something that nurtures, guides, or encourages the Cancer part of your chart. Maybe it's the other way around.
But at least we'll see some kind of positive, meaningful, or enjoyable interaction between the Pisces and Cancer parts of your natal chart. Solar trine Jupiter for our last aspect of the month, or aspect of the week, I should say June is a really nice aspect to go out. Two degrees Cancer to two degrees Pisces.
This aspect takes place on Wednesday, June 23rd, in the middle of this last week of June, just before the full moon, which rises in Capricorn tomorrow on June 24th. Until then we get some hope, we can look forward to the future. Maybe we have the right people to support us to look ahead or make plans for where we are going.
Jupiter is always future-oriented, even if the element water can sometimes be very strongly anchored in the present or the past. We need to think about how we can enjoy the memories and experiences of the past, but not just indulge in memories, but use them as inspiration for something to immerse ourselves in in the future. We want to move from the past into the future.
Sometimes we just have to stay where we are, but in any case we at least get a feel, if not a vision, of how you would like to move forward. And the solar trine Jupiter brings together a part of this team or crew who may be participating in this project or mission that you are undertaking because they are like-minded or feel the same in their hearts. So beautiful beautiful aspect.
In July we have some tricky astrological issues, especially at the beginning of the month. So enjoy the kindness, indulgence, and positive feelings and interactions that the Jupiter Sun Trino can bring. Let's enjoy it while we have the team.

Your dream home based on your zodiac sign well before we can look at the stars click subscribe and ring the notification bell for other awesome articles.
I see many more articles about zodiac signs in the future. But for now we have to look around take care of the matter. The future is often a fuzzy matter, even with the guidance of the omniscient zodiac sign.
However, we can tell you with absolute certainty what type of house your zodiac sign will be most comfortable to live in. What's this? We get a vision ...
Yes, we see it ...
The first sign we will explore is 1) Aries.
Ah yes, the Aries zodiac sign. You are a hard working person who has no problem with The hustle and bustle ...
So your perfect home would be a penthouse suite in the middle of a metropolis. As an Aries, you want to work and run around all the time, taking yourself to the next level. Which won't be difficult as an Aries.
With all of this hard work that you are going to do, you will be able to afford this penthouse in no time! Now let's talk about the interior - inside you will have a lot of bright colors. That means not just furniture, but your paintings on the wall, modern art, etc. All of the hard work means you need to blow off some steam, so make sure that either A) your new apartment building has a gym, or B ) Put a little elliptical trainer or even a yoga mat in your penthouse.
If you're bored of Aries, you can spend a day rearranging your furniture or the heck put more hours into your work. We both know you want this, you little workaholic. 2) bull.
Like the Taurus that your zodiac sign is named after, you, Taurus, like big greens and nature. That's why you're going to want a big ranch in the country, preferring to be connected to one of your greatest sources of strength: nature. The calm and stability that accompany life on a ranch are also a bonus.
When we walk into your beautiful farmhouse you'll see things that are more function than fashion. All that fashionista stuff in town is all about comfort and being down to earth. As a Taurus, you like to be stable.
You also want natural colors - blue, green, yellow - as well as lots of natural wood. As for decoration, complement your wood decor by adding flowers and plants to your home. Even if it hurts you, you need to bring something inside from nature to strengthen your connection with the earth.
The stronger your connection, the stronger you will feel. Finally you are entertaining a large family, so make sure you have room for a huge dining table. 3) Gemini.
Yes the cosmos is making way for a new zodiac sign to appear ...
The twins! They reveal your future dream to us h ouse yes we see it it's a hut! No, wait, come back, a hut in the forest yes, but not from We're talking about something small and homely, perfect for a summer vacation with your friends.
However, it won't be a getaway for you, however, it will be your perfect permanent residence. Although you love socializing as twins is this house even better to train your sole handyman skills. Also, keep in mind that you are bad at making decisions, so a smaller place would mean less furniture to move around.
In terms of furniture, you should have light and small items for the constant messes mentioned above. Like the Taurus, a Gemini Ge loves bright colors, so maybe two of you can go shopping in the same furniture store. After all, as twins you already know that your kitchen has to be state-of-the-art.
While everything else may be rustic and homely, your kitchen will be a sight to behold! 4) Cancer. Now we are seeing a new sign, Cancer. Your dream home becomes clearer and clearer through the m oment and there it is! Your dream house, dear Cancer is the two-story suburban house.
Classic and safe, this home is perfect for you. We know that as Cancer you are the ultimate homebody, that's why we took into account that your home should have space, but should still be comfortable and cozy. The suburbs give you the comfortable and cozy while the two story house gives you plenty of space to enjoy your dream family and where better to settle down and raise than in the good old suburbs? As the mother of the zodiac signs, decorating yours is all about The house is about creating comfort for friends and family; you need lots of chairs and large comfortable sofas, a huge dining table and lots of cozy surfaces.
Just in case little baby heads trip over, you don't want anyone to get hurt in your perfect home, do you? Especially not your future children. 5) Leo. Ahh, the sign of the Leo.
Dear Leo, the cosmos paints a clear picture of your dream house - you have to live in a palace. A huge mansion if you are not the medieval type but something that people will notice. You are the king (or queen) of the jungle and you deserve to live in a place fit for royalty.
You want people to kneel or at least go 'wow, look at THIS place' in front of your mighty castle. However, this luxury won't come cheap. From the house to everything in it, you will spare no expense.
Your doors will be heavy and roar behind you, your plate will sparkle in the light of your magnificent chandelier, your stairs will be wrapped in a shiny sash. Leo, you are an emperor, a monarch, and your subjects must be made aware of this. Let's just hope that your career prospects are good, dear Leo. 6) Virgo, listen to me now Virgo, for you we see the opposite of Leo, from crazy luxury and opulence to something small, manageable and inconspicuous.
For you, Virgo, your dream home is an organized tiny house. For those of you who have never heard of a tiny home, it's a small, 250-square-foot living space that you can itch to enjoy and take with you wherever you go. Virgo, you are the kind of person who would thrive in a tiny life due to your incredible organizational skills and tenacious practicality.
The economy is terrible, so why spend money on a big, fancy house? Stay small Virgo and your dream home will become a real home. 7) Libra. For your Libra, we offer something different from your zodiac brothers.
When it comes to being a Libra, choosing a dream home is less about the house itself but about the accessories that surround it. In short, you're just looking for a place with a pool. You love to throw parties and there is no better place to party than by the pool, BBQs, birthdays, sporting events and pool parties in general, your dream home is the focus of traffic jams because you have a beautiful lagoon of relaxation.
Libra, immerse yourself in your future and take her by the hand. Look for offers that start with the letters POOL in sequence. 8) Scorpio.
A vision of your dream home Scorpio appears to me and it is this: a private town house. As a Scorpio, you crave privacy. Also, with different levels in your lean home, you can control what is private and what is not.
If you have guests - limit them to Anywhere except the top floor and keep this area as your mysterious private space. No matter what you ACTUALLY do there, Scorpio thrives a mystery. 9) Sagittarius.
You, the Sagittarius, are a traveling soul, that's why your future home will have four wheels. Yes, an RV is where you'll live Sagittarius, but not because you're going to be poor. On the contrary, you will simply travel so much that you will not be able to settle down, not that you want to, a free spirit like you has to constantly let the wind blow through your hair, be it the wind of Machu Picchu or the wind from Chicago, your future dream home will take you there Sagittarius. 10) Capricorn.
Your Capricorn is always the hardest to pin down. The planets have a hard time reading your calm, cool demeanor, but we think we may have found the dream home for you. Capricorn, a minimalist apartment, is where you should be staying mainly because of the above-mentioned clammy, cool collectivity.
You will want it to be minimalist because you want it to always be clean. So keep it small and keep the furniture light because we don't want a cold Capricorn like you to lose your head. 11) Aquarius.
With your dream Aquarius home, you are looking to the future in many ways. Your home will be humble and in a good area, but humility is not the point. Oh no Aquarius, it will be an energy efficient, 'green' house.
Not like a greenhouse, but like an environmentally friendly house. Solar panels, motion sensors that control temperature, rain collection systems, a large windmill if you end up with space. If you know Aquarius, you might even get a greenhouse (the one for vegetables) next to your 'green' house (the one for people) .12) Pieces.
Finally, we explore our good friends' future dream home, the Pieces. Those of you born under the Pieces zodiac sign will live in a lovely quiet cottage with an emphasis on silence. The pieces enjoy peace and quiet for themselves, and here you will find it.
Your future dream home. Do you think we did it right? Which house does your zodiac sign deserve to live in? Let us know in the comments below where do you see your future self life? And remember seek your heart and believe in the stars.
Your zodiac sign will protect you.

Some say that Uranus is exalted in this sign. This is probably because Scorpio was associated with change by psychological astrologers who were uncomfortable with Scorpio's negative 'death' image. All signs involve change, but the change for Scorpio is more dramatic.
The Jupiter in Scorpio is always in control of their destiny. They make their luck. And their secretive manner hides their slick business practices and true feelings about a project or company.
